3.Is there a corresponding certification certificate?
Yes. We have CE certification. If you need other certifications, kindly negotiate with our salespeople.
4.How waterproof is the product? Is the drainage fast? Can the drainage hole and drain pipe be made bigger?
Our products have excellent drainage systems, and the drainage holes are sufficient for use in non-heavy rainstorms. For customization or large quantities, the drainage holes and drainage pipes can be enlarged as required.
5.How about the ability to fight against snow and wind?
It can withstand a wind rating of 65m/S (220km/h) and a Maximum load of up to 150kg/m2 for the customized model TO-981.
6.How to install? Is there an installation team in the local area? Will they come to install it?
We will provide installation manuals and installation videos. You can refer to the video for installation.
